Adhesive-Backed Sanding Discs
1 products
Adhesive-backed sanding discs are designed for efficient rust and paint removal, weld cleaning and leveling, and surface preparation for final finishes. Known as PSA (pressure-sensitive adhesive) discs, they feature a sticky backing for secure attachment to compatible smooth-surface backing pads. These discs are single-use, making them ideal for projects requiring consistent grit without frequent changes, ensuring the abrasive is utilized to its full potential before replacement.

General Purpose Sanding Discs for All Surfaces
Versatile sanding discs designed for all surfaces, featuring an open-coat aluminum oxide abrasive on a sturdy paper backing. Aluminum oxide ensures deep penetration, durability, and resistance to heat and high speeds. The open-coat design, with grit covering approximately 50% of the surface, prevents clogging by allowing swarf to escape, ensuring a cooler workpiece. The paper backing guarantees a smooth, even pressure distribution for uniform results. Ideal for a variety of materials including paint, plastic, composites, gelcoat, fiberglass, and carbon steel.
