PS-LON brand PVC pipe cement, 100g size, is a high-quality industrial-grade pipe adhesive manufactured by a Thai factory with over 40 years of experience. It ensures safety and permanent, strong bonding performance.
Features and Functionality:
- Homogeneous fusion: This solvent cement works by dissolving the outer surface of the pipe and the inner surface of the fitting, fusing them together into a single piece without gaps or joints.
- Safe and non-toxic: Once fully cured, the adhesive contains no toxic chemicals or heavy metal residues, making it perfectly safe for drinking water systems.
- Versatile application: Suitable for pressure pipe systems (e.g., water supply, plumbing, sprinkler systems) and non-pressure pipes (e.g., drainage, electrical conduit, agricultural pipes) for both indoor and outdoor use.
Instructions for use:
- Clean the pipe end and the inside of the fitting to remove dust or water.
- Apply a thin, even layer of pipe cement to both the pipe end and the inside of the fitting.
- Insert the pipe into the fitting and push it in completely immediately.
- Twist the pipe slightly to distribute the glue and hold for about 20-30 seconds.
- Wipe off any excess glue.
- Leave for about 24 hours before activating the water system.
