Ideal for high-precision detail printing including smaller fonts, high-density linear barcodes and 2D barcodes
Only Brady i7500 print heads can be used in the i7500 printer
It is highly recommended that printhead replacements or head dpi change be completed by Brady Technical Support which includes ESD-handling and a factory fine-tuning with head alignment.
Printheads can be changed out by user to a replacement 300 dpi head or with 600 dpi head so long as printer has firmware v2.0 or above (ESD grounding and gloves recommended)
To optimize printhead life: clean head regularly with IPA cleaning swabs (#PCK-6), replace worn/rough platen rollers, use narrow rollers when printing narrow ribbon/narrow label combinations and avoid unnecessary high printhead heat settings
Damage to printhead due to user installation is not covered under warranty
